Project Hot Wheels - The Spirit of Giving

More than 20 years ago we began the development of the SuperTrak CONVEYANCE™ platform with one goal in mind – to create solutions that positively impact lives and help others.

This extends beyond creating manufacturing solutions.

Helping others is how we thrive as a team, whether it be through helping our customers develop automation to meet their business goals, lending a hand to help a fellow teammate, or identifying ways to help our community.

What We Are Doing

Project Hot Wheels is a small way we give back to our community each holiday season. For every 1m of SuperTrak CONVEYANCE™️ sold, our team will donate one Hot Wheels car to a local charity.

Over the past year, our elves have been busy collecting cars and we are happy to put a smile on the faces of kids who need it most!

The charities receiving Hot Wheels this year are:

Chicago Angel Tree

The Salvation Army Angel Tree program helps provide Christmas gifts for hundreds of thousands of children around the country each year. Once a child or senior adult has been registered and accepted as an Angel their Christmas wish list is shared with donors in your community who purchase gifts of new clothing and toys. The gifts are distributed to the family to place under their family Christmas tree.

Monica Place

Monica Place is an accredited, registered non-profit child and youth mental health agency focused on the needs of pregnant and parenting youth and their children. Monica Place is governed by a volunteer board of directors that provides effective and ethical governance leadership on behalf of its stakeholders’ (persons we support, donors, staff, volunteers, community) interest to ensure that the organization focuses on its purpose and outcomes for persons served, resulting in the organization’s long-term success and viability. Monica Place offers services in two locations, Monica Place Waterloo, Ontario and Monica Place Cambridge, Ontario.

KidsAbility

KidsAbility supports nearly 14,000 children and youth to reach their communication, social, physical and behavioural goals each year. Using a blended model of virtual and in-person services, at KidsAbility, they help children, youth and families to achieve great things at home, at school and in their community. They work with each family to look at the whole child and together create a plan to make their goals possible. KidsAbility believes providing early and exceptional family-centred services for the wellbeing of children, youth and families is the most powerful way to build brighter futures.

McMaster Children’s Hospital

McMaster Children’s Hospital has been providing care to children from across the region since 1988. At McMaster Children’s Hospital, patients ranging in age from infancy to 17 receive care through a family-centred approach that accounts for the child’s emotional, mental and physical well-being. The hospital is home to the fastest-growing kids-only emergency department in Ontario, one of Canada’s most advanced neonatal intensive care units, and a range of programs and clinics with unique expertise in a number of areas including children’s cancer, digestive diseases, and mental health.

Why Are We Doing This

The holiday season is all about giving and that’s why this Project Hot Wheels is so important to our team! We are all thrilled to be able to give back to the community by brightening the holiday season for area children.

Thank you to our customers, our team, and the SuperTrak CONVEYANCE™ organization for making this initiative possible. We are proud to take part in this, as well as other charitable initiatives over the holiday season.

From our SUPER Family to yours – Happy Holidays!
