This results in decreased cycle times with fewer parts and less engineering and, ultimately, a more productive machine requiring less factory floor space.

While all three are major factors in the SuperTrak CONVEYANCE™ advantage, independent shuttle control unlocks its own set of key benefits that can directly impact efficiencies in the final system. With this Smart Conveyance solution, engineers can independently control each shuttle’s velocity, acceleration, position, and destination, allowing for easier control of asynchronous motion and high-performing automation in a smaller footprint. In addition, the capability to change shuttle motion by software makes it easier to change recipes and introduce more part types in high numbers even after the machine is deployed.
